It’s that time of week again! It has been a busy one with writing, mapmaking, artwork, more writing, cranking up social media, more writing…

But what do we reveal on Fridays? A new character for someone who has followed us! This week, the individual who got a character created for them is Jolinda Livesay.

Jolinda was one of the first to comment on a post on my Facebook page and was a natural pick. And her comment kinda let us know what character we needed to create:

Yup, we created a smart, strong red-headed warrior: Valeme Vecina:

Valeme comes from a long line of military family members. Brought up as the only child of a general in the Orsholon Royal Guard, she knows (and is well-known by) the royal family. She often was brought into the royal compound in Orsholon City as a little girl, and it is rumored she found many hidden passages while playing there.

She is trusted by the King and she has quickly risen to the ranks of Captain in the Royal Guard. Her father is retired, and she very well may achieve the same rank as he did at a younger age. She is a highly skilled warrior, and those who serve under her respect her. Her team of nearly 60 guards are an elite force entrusted with not only protecting the royal family but investigating matters that threaten the state.

So, yeah, she’s a badass.
