Agnese Oatspell is a graduate of the Royal Guard Academy of Orsholon. He currently holds the rank of [tooltip:Biwe Azemon=Second Lieutenant]Biwe Azemon[/tooltip].

He graduated at the top of his class and is an expert in hand-to-hand and archery combat styles as well as tactics.
